What Are The Requirements To Vote?
The time to act is now! If you are 16 and older register to vote down below.
In order to register to vote in Maryland you must:

be a U.S. citizen

be a Maryland resident

be at least 16 years old

not have been convicted of buying or selling votes

not have been convicted of a felony, or if you have, you have completed serving a court-ordered sentence of imprisonment, including any term of parole or probation for the conviction

What is the difference between Voting Centers and Ballot Drop Boxes?

Voting Centers are an alternative to traditional, neighborhood-based precincts (voting districts).

Ballot Drop Boxes provide a secure and convenient means for voters to return their mail-in ballot directly to the voting commission.
